Marie-Lise Lenoir graduated in Arts and then Tourism before joining a real estate agency
in Saint-Barthélemy. She was then hired to work in a concierge service office
where she could demonstrate her skills for organisation and public relations.

Marie-Lise Lenoir joined ODP in 2006 in a key position as Executive Assistant. Among her many tasks,
she coordinates and assists all ODP members and generally makes the lives of the company’s architects,
designers and operations managers so much easier by taking care of all the administrative procedures
and dealings with suppliers.

She pays particular attention to the human aspects of her role : she maintains close relationships
with clients, deals with their needs, and does it all with a sunny disposition and in the most
professional manner.

Her cross-disciplinary job puts her at the heart of all the key strategic and operational decisions.
She is in fact the lynchpin between management, partners and clients and is an indispensable asset
to the daily life of ODP.
