Villa Fleur de Mer
Villa Fleur de Mer
The Fleur de Mer villa provides a 360° view of Saint-Barthélemy. It was built on top of hill, something that is not permitted anymore on the island. Various clever integration techniques were utilized so as not to disrupt the view. As a single-story building, it is hidden in the vegetation, highly secluded and hardly noticeable.

Although in colonial style, Villa Fleur de Mer is nevertheless very modern. It is very spacious and equipped with all the latest technology and offers a maximum of comfort.

Villa Fleur de Mer
Built around a Japanese pond and protected by Lignum Vitae, Villa Fleur de Mer is open in all directions to maximise the extraordinary views and is a pleasure to live in.

It is decorated in a combination of vintage British colonial mahogany furniture and contemporary pieces designed by ODP. Both the concrete structure, as well as the roof are covered with wood. Extensive use of stone has been made throughout.
