Villa Royal Palm
Villa Royal Palm
Facing East, towards the rising sun, Villa Royal Palm is probably the largest villa in Saint-Barthélemy. Its landscaped gardens seem to plunge down into the sea. A deck and a tent by each of the 2 swimming pools provide the shade to allow the owners to enjoy the view.

As a large villa, Royal Palm has been renovated to blend into the lush vegetation while maintaining sea views, very much like the Villa Fleur de Mer. Built in colonial style, it is however very modern and is extensively equipped with modern technology.

Designed by Home by ODP, the interior and exterior decoration is predominantly wood. Hand-painted frescos as well as wallaba cladding decorate the interior. Flooring is mainly natural stone.

The furniture is largely antique and comes from Great Britain. Each room has a different theme and colour. The materials are neutral in order to easily allow changes in decoration, style and colour.
